Professor of School of Electronics and Information Technology, Xi'an University of Engineering, reviewer of journals of Optical Precision Engineering, Infrared and Laser Engineering, Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology, China Laser, Progress of Lasers and Optoelectronics, Infrared Technology, etc.; Vice President of Shaanxi Power Supply Society, Executive Director of Xi'an Artificial Intelligence Robotics Society; Expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China; Expert of the Science and Technology Department of Shaanxi, Guangdong Province, Shanxi Province, and Jiangxi Province.  He is the person in charge of Direction 3 of Control Science and Engineering Key Discipline Cluster Program. His research fields are infrared thermal image temperature measurement technology, control theory and control engineering, artificial intelligence, infrared image characterization and processing. Presided over more than 40 vertical and horizontal projects, including 13 national, provincial, departmental and bureau level, applied for more than 20 patents, authorized 19, including 13 invention patents; edited 5 textbooks, 2 monographs, published more than 60 academic papers, more than 30 included in the three major searches; lectured on Signals and Systems, Digital Image Processing, Speech Signal Processing, Engineering Ethics, etc., signals and systems Signal and System" is recommended to be a first-class course at the national level, and "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence" has been awarded as a national planning textbook for the 14th Five-Year Plan of Vocational Education.
